Important Reminder:

  1. Applicable on tickets purchased online thru PAL website ( only.
  2. Not applicable to all bookings paid and ticketed thru payment centers, ticket offices, contact center and accredited travel agents.
    Rebooking of online purchased tickets with previous changes or updates made through the Ticket Office or Contact Center can no longer be processed in the Manage Booking facility.
  3. Domestic Ticket:
    1. Purely oneway and roundtrip
    2. Totally unused ticket
    3. Partially used is not allowed to manage booking online. Refer to PAL Ticket Office.
  4. International Ticket:
    1. Purely oneway and roundtrip
    2. Originating OUTSIDE the PHILIPPINES
    3. Originating from the Philippines WITH PHILIPPINE TRAVEL TAX
    4. Tickets originating from the Philippines which opted NOT TO PAY Philippine Travel Tax online may rebook thru PAL Ticket Office only.
  5. Changes must be made 24 hours prior to the original flight departure.
  6. Change fee and fare difference may apply.
  7. No downgrading of fares is allowed. Any excess amount is non-refundable.
  8. Rerouting may be allowed however any excess amount in fare is non-refundable.
